Expieriment in orange

Charles went out with friends the other week, he brought me a treat. Orange layer cake.

The cake was great.  I have been trying to figure out how to recreate it ever since.

Orange juice, orange zest and orange extract make this a great accompaniment to any dinner. The  white chocolate frosting tops it  all.

Charles likes it..  I think it was easily as good as the one from the restaurant.  Yummster!
