A big bread day

This past Saturday was a huge baking day.  I had been thwarted by my bread baking nemesis all week. RAIN!! I had no bread!  AAARRRG!!

Saturday was different, the hero of all yeast driven bakers, a low humidity warm sunny day. Yay!  I took full advantage.

I made:  

2 white loaves 
1 dill rye loaf
2 Italian loaves
8 sesame burger rolls
