Dreaming cake, the update.

When telling y'all about winging the s'mores cake I mentioned I just used what was to hand.  These are the changes I will make next time.

To my mind the layers needed about twice the marshmallow fluff filling.  That's a given.

Instead of fluff on the top. I would use mini marshmallows.  The marshmallow fluff toasted but it also melted and ran everywhere.

The next change would be the crumbs on the sides.  I used the commercial crumbs.  They are just ground too finely for this application. I will buy the crackers and crush them myself.  

Finally I think the last touch should be a melted Hershey bar over the toasted marshmallows.

Now that is a cake to dream about!
