It Worked!

Dang if it didn't work! It rose and baked off with out falling!  Gonna make some more tomorrow!

New rainy day bread

A huge rain storm all day.  100% humidity from the get go.  This rose like it didn't know any better.

Said earlier this was a America's Test Kitchen recipe. I was close.

Cool baby, cool!  I'm hungry

It is from their parent company Cooks Illustrated magazine.  Their cook book Baking Book.  It's called the American loaf.  

Soon as this cools I am making a pulled pork sammie!
