Seven days baking..
Yes, I’m still baking. This time of year the weather is hot, humidity free, and a good time to bake. The warmth and the low dampness in the air seem to be good for me too. Unless i have been up 7 days straight, my leg pain is very light.
Okay. . . So right about now my legs are kinda sore. Ouchie!
I got up about 7:am. I had set the bread machine on dough setting last night. The timer was set so the dough finish right after charles left for work. I also set up for the second set up to go right in. I shaped a loaf, put it in the loaf pan for its last rise.
With their last rise done i tossed em in the oven. Fifty minutes later they look like this. . . .
