Brisket dinner.

.A whole brisket made it into the smoker yesterday.  Spent ten hours coming to the perfection that is smoked beef..

Man! The apartment smelled like a smoke house all day! I Couldn't wait for dinner.

Add mashed potatoes and gravy. Then some spaghetti squash tossed in basil oil.  Lovely!
