Dinner this Sunday

Charles let me know we had chuck roast in the freezer.  Suddenly I had visions pot roasts dancing in my head.  Nom! Nom! Nom!

Roast Beef and winter veggies. Today's Sunday dinner.  

I love beef.  If I could I would eat it every day. 

What can I say. . .I'm a beef and taters kinda gal!
