LBs inner baker

I told you about the new nurse and her baking triumph.  This is about a dear friend that I have known well over half my life.

She has always says she can’t bake.  Not true!  Her inner baker has shown herself!  LB has made an incredible peppermint patty cake.  I make one similar to it. 

LB took that idea and improved on it. Especially the frosting.  Instead of using extract for the mint flavoring she actually chopped up Peppermint Patties to flavor it.

Yes LB I will be stealing that idea!

I love t.o see a budding baker discover their inner baker.  It’s exciting to watch and hear of their triumphs.
