Chicken-Bacon Burgers!

Dinner last night was a burger.  Not just any burger. . . a chicken bacon burger.  So good.  

To make four burgers I grind 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts and 4 strips of raw bacon in the food processor.  To the ground meat add 2Tbs Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp hickory smoked sea salt, 2 tsp black pepper.  Make four burgers, remember to make a thumb print in the middle of each burger so they don't turn into baseballs!  Cook off in a VERY hot cast iron pan.  Since poultry needs to be cooked well done, give them about 7 minutes on each side.

Dress as you like.  Mine wore my home made onion roll, accented with romaine lettuce.  I am thinking next time caramelized onions might be good too.
