An earthquake and a hurricane in the same week? Trixie may never be the same!
Seriously though, the girl hates storms. I painted my nails last night while I listened to the the wind and the rain. Trixie got up behind me and hid. For some reason they both like to curl up between me and the couch. Every time i moved she sighed at me and settled back in.
It is so odd what comforts us. I love MacDonald's French fries and Dr. Pepper when i am down. Lady sleeps best when she is at my feet with her head on my leg and her paws around my ankle. Trixie sleeps best when she is in Charles' lap. She sighs then too but it is a sigh of contentment not aggravation. ;)
