Charles’s steak house has popped up again!

Every time Charles makes steak for us I tease him about doing a pop up.  He laughs but I’m not completely teasing.  Dang! That man knows his way around a smoker!

Ribeye, garlic bread and sautéed cauliflower.  It’s easy to make a pretty plate with food like that!
