So stuffed!

Charles and I made a beautiful beef stew.  A satiny, Guinness based broth loaded with potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic.  There was also a jalapeño cheddar cornbread.

Just a good meal?  When the brother and I collaborate on a meal it’s always wonderful.  

I was the sous chef. All the veggies were under my direct supervision. Charles had the beef and Guinness were completely in Charles’s control.  

I always cringe when Food is discribed as beautiful.  That doesn’t stop me from doing it though.  Beauty is reserved for truly gorgeous things.  Once again, this meal qualifies! Lol!
