Perfection!

A little steak, New York Strip  , a lot of crimini and dinner was perfection!  Have you ever wondered where Charles learned his fabulousness on the grill?  Daddy taught him of course.

There are  some of Charles’s friends who credit Dad with their ability to cook a great steak.  Dad and his trainees make the best steaks on the planet. I think so any way.

Simple mushrooms are simply LUSCIOUS. Quickly sautéed in butter with salt and pepper.  They make the most of this piece of meat.  Perfection!
