The brother grilled again! Yummster!

My brother, Charles, makes the best pork loin known to man! It is always tender and moist. . . I am so jealous!

I can NOT do that! I make great huge hockey pucks! Tough and dry they are inedible. So happy the brother knows what to do.

At least I can make a pretty plate! Lol!  Dirty rice & gravy, pickled beets and pork loin! My plate didn't look like that for long.  Yummster!
