Growing mushrooms
A couple years ago I grew mushrooms. They were kits from Back To The Roots. They worked well so I went back to the same company.
These products are easy to get. Order online 3 days later they are delivered to your door. Ten days later you harvest oyster mushrooms.
Last night I watered my gardens as directed. They were totally baren of mushrooms. I began to worry that they never grow. Boy was I wrong.
Over night, literally! When I got up both gardens had baby shrooms everywhere!

They grow so fast you almost see them getting bigger! I crunched the numbers. This garden will pay for itself twice over. I can't get fresh oyster shroom where I shop. Dried mushrooms can be VERY expensive!
This fun and flavorful garden is just right.
