Smoked Buffalo Chicken

Charles is very gifted with a grill. The smoked Buffalo Chicken legs are just one of his triumphs.  Smoked chicken slathered with caramelized wing sauce.  Blue cheese sauce and steamed broccoli round out the meal.

I was so stuffed it was embarassing!  We made sammies of it the next day.  So good!

I put some in the freezer.  Can't wait for the leftovers. Yummster!
