Coconut nanna puddin

In 2010 I shared with you my recipe for Coconut banana pudding.  It was very popular.

This week I made a small batch for us at home and a larger batch for Charles to take to work.  He was a little hesitant because it is lactose and sugar free.  He was a little afraid they may not like it. . . Silly Brother!

I just got a text saying that pudding was a success and requesting the recipe.  Oh ye of little faith!!
