The best left overs!

On Sunday Charles smoked the best beef roast. Last night we ate the last of it. I sauteed peppers and onions with olive oil. Then added very thinly sliced smoked beef and the the leftover gravy. As this warmed trough I toasted a whole wheat French bread with butter and garlic.

When Charles got home from work and he made himself a sandwich I heard "MMM, Philly cheese steak!!" That is my favorite sound in all the world!
