Wonderful day

Today is a perfect bread baking day! I haven't had a good yeast bread baking day in several weeks. Things have been working against me for a long time. As I have said, today is the day. I love a good bake day.

This is my huge Italian loaf. QC has nibbled it a bit. Still it's beautiful. Two plain white loaves are coming up to fluff right now. That will make this a 3 loaf day. I can't wait for so many loaves to share their aroma. I am baking on. See you later. Aunt Mercy out PS: These are soft white loaves.
