LOVE Taco night!

Charles made taco meat the other night.  He slathered a beef roast with our favorite taco flavorings and smoked it.  Once shredded it was the base for dinner three nights in a row.

Charles made taco salad one night. I made quesadillas another.  Just so so good!

I was not too well so having great dinner at hand was so much easier than trying to make it from scratch.  The brother does such a good job!  Thanks Charles!
