Lamb curry

Tonight's dinner was lamb curry.  I make chicken curry every once in a while, but this is my first lamb curry.

I was baking again this morning so I had to throw my mess in the crock pot.  I love curry. I serve it over basmati rice wit coconut and raisins.

At the end of the day the brother came in. He sniffed the air, and says 'oh man. . . I smell curry! That is SO good!

It turned out well.  I had two bowls! Lol!  Yummster!
