Pepperoni pizza cheese ball

Rachel Ray demoed several cheese balls Friday.  I knew I had the stuff to make the pepperoni pizza cheeses ball.

This is the result. Yummster!



8oz cream cheese, softened
4oz riccotta cheese
4oz sour cream
1/4 cup minced bell pepper
1/4 minced onion
1/2 cup minced pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
2 tablespoons minced sundried tomatoes
2 cups italian bread crumbs

Mix all but the crumbs in a large bow. Shape the mix into a ball. Refrigerate the ball at least 2 hours. (Since over night chilling is prefered it is a great make ahead. ) Once chilled roll in crumbs and chill til ready to use.

This will freeze perfectly.  We are plannig to make a few for the freezer.  Just set them on the counter to thaw.
