Focaccia:
Yesterday we talked about dream foods and foccacia being my next dream inspired cook.
I fixed one keto style. Gave it to Mom as I left the room for about 5 minutes. I returned to find it gone...all gone!
I also made a traditional version. Both these versions are very new to me. I am a foccacia beginner.

I think it looks great. It tastes great too. Made an Italian sandwich. Salami, pepperoni, provolone and a little olive oil on my foccacia. My goodness!!! That was good. The crispy bottom crust adds a delicious texture
As you hear some times I was happy, happy, happy! Froze the rest in Sammie size.I have become addicted to Italian style sammies lately. This loaf will make great garlic bread with spaghetti and meatballs.
Left over chicken parm will be so luscious on this foccacia. Making myself hungry! Lol!
