Cheese burger dreams

Last night my brother must have had a burger craving.  He came home and smoked 15 large burgers.

No we did NOT eat them all! Wanted to though.

The hamburger rolls were my creation.  The same recipe stretched from 8 rolls to 10.  This makes a much less fluffy rolls. 

Now y’all know am a fan of fluffy sandwich rolls but the extra bread distracts from the burger.  It has been a long road to accepting this.  I’m gonna call this a journey of growth!  Lol!

Still tender and flavorful. Just right for a burger nite!
