Pork roast

I had a great day Saturday but I did too much. I had planned the get the kitchen this morning.  No go!

I slept til 12:30 PM!  Bless Charles he let me sleep and took care of the kitchen himself.  He made dinner too!

Pork loin & gravy, three bean salad and Kool-aid.

I made dessert.  Chocolate cake and coconut icing. It tastes like a mounds bar!

 OOOOO!  A Bill Cosby breakfast!   Yummster!
