New gadget.

I told you that Mom and Dad visited a few weeks ago.  Knowing my habit of baking fresh bread they got me a neat little gadget.  A slicing guide.

It works like a charm! Such a basic tool, but such a big help.  I have looked at these for years but just never did anything about it.  So glad my folks did!

It has 3 different thicknesses. I use the medium. My electric knife fits just right. The best thing is that it folds down for storage.

So much fun!
