More bread

I have shared my rainbow bread before. It's one of my favorites so I am sharing again.  It makes a beautiful lunch box  staple.

This loaf was designed, I'm sure, for kids.  It does make a great PB & J.  Even so I think something fun in the lunch box can brighten any ones day.

I call it rainbow bread but I have heard it called psychedelic bread.  Hmmmmm, I could use a BLT!  Yummster
