Rainy day bread

A couple weeks ago I had to make my bread on a very rainy day.  This usually is a big fat failure.  Yeast breads do not rise or bake well in the rain.

I tried a recipe from Cooks Illustrateds BAKING BOOK.  It's called the American loaf.  It rose and baked beautifully! 

Got another rainy day and no bread.  Gonna put some on to rise.  Lets see if we can replicate the first results.
