Worms for breakfast!

Worms need to be fed.  Worms prefer a natural diet. This is as close as I could get? Worms food. . .

3 TBLS Splenda
1.5  TBLS ground cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup raisins


The worms and I prefer white raisins in our food. However in this time of pandemic don’t be picky!

Now for the worms. . . . 

I large apple any kind. Your fave.
Grate the apple the long way to make worms.


This is my setup for breakfast worms.  First I grate the apple for the ‘worms’. Stir the ingredients for ‘worm food’ into the worms.

I’m sorry there are no pictures of the Worms!  Once they were made up Mom and I devoured them.  

These are great for picky eaters.  Large and small! 

Just a great sugar free, gluten-free and fat free fruit salad.
