Jambalaya!

My brother, grill master, smoked brats and chicken thighs to keep fresh protein in the house.  As soon as I smelled his grill work I saw jambalaya in my minds eye.

I’m crazy for jambalaya and gumbo.  Any chance I get I make a big pot.

The smoked meats my brother made were just right for jambalaya.  The smoked flavor adds a richness I just love.

Telling y’all about this smokey jambalaya has made me hungry. So I’m headed to the kitchen.
