Lasagna for the freezer? Nope!

I made a four cheese and sausage lasagna to portion out and put in the freeze. I had a piece, just a quality check, I loved it. Next?

You guessed it. I decided not to freeze the lasagna.

I love a cold casserole leftover. Lasagna is no different. Cold, congealed and totally yummy!

I know I know! yuck!  Most people prefer the warmth that comes with a melty cheese lasagna. And that is why I chose not to freeze it. For me a cold lasagna just rocks! 

Look, look! We both have a another big piece left. 

Better hurry Brother.  I may get yours too. Hee Hee Hee!
