Pork roast

Last night my grill master brother brought the most wonderful Pork roast I have ever eaten to the table last night. Oh! My! Goodness!

The rest of the table consisted of bacon potato salad, sautéed green beans, and home made bread.  We make a good team.   It was a nice Sunday night dinner.

The pork is what I call a crown roast I don’t know for sure that’s right.  It was royally good so that’s what I’m going with!

Isn’t that a gorgeous bite? Lady would love to try it too.
