New pizza dough.

Some how I have lost my favorite  pizza dough recipe.  Woe! Oh woe is me! I have looked everywhere!  Giving up after an extensive search I searched the web for a replacement.

On a site, momintimeout.com, I found a very similar recipe. The biggest difference is the flour. My recipe used bread flour. The new used all purpose flour. The AP flour was supposed to crisp better. And it did.



My fave is a pan pizza.  This one is onion and sausage. With a white garlic sauce.  Oh my! That’s so good.  The bottom crisped up real well.  I got Charles crust way too thi+k. While it was much thinner than mine it was still too thick for the brother.





But they both tasted very good!  So some adjustments to make.  But I think this is a contender. The best part though is Charles smoked them on the grill.

The flavor and aroma that process add to a nice pizza is amazing!  Yummster!!

I just wanted to get this to you before I fell asleep.  It’s way way past my my nap time! 😴
