Rolls of my dreams

Last night I dreamed of a favorite food.  At a neighborhood buffet I would take a butter roll,so common at these buffets, and fill it with the chicken salad top that with bacon and nuts at the salad bar.  Such a good start to a buffet lunch.

The rolls are done.  The cooked chicken is in the freezer.  I hope Charles has time to get some celery on his way home.  I usually make this chicken salad recipe with pecans but walnuts do nicely too.

Can't wait!!!
