Another favorite roll

I have ALWAYS had a deep passionate love of onion rolls.  They are my sandwich roll of choice even for burgers.  These are just the right size for burgers and cold cuts.  Toasted for a fried egg sammie perfection!

Such a lovely bread that truly is perfect for just about any sammie. My beloved bologna, of course! . . . Well maybe not a PB&J.
