Pasta

Charles had a hankering for pasta tonight.  His thoughts were to use jerk chicken and sausage in white sauce and pene.  The addition of sautéed peppers and onions added a crunch that put it over the top.

Oh! My! Goodness! That was some of the best pene ever!  White sauce just right for the spicey meats. Just luscious!

Both of us had to force ourselves to save room for Mint Black Magic Cake!
