Charles had the smoker out! Yummy!

Charles and I were sitting at the table, watching Blue Bloods.  The whole time we gnawed on smoked pork ribs.  The aroma rising from the whole table distracted us from our show.

In our electric smoker he smoked these ribs perfectly.

The sides were on me. Baked beans with air dried sausage.

Blue cornbread inspired by Bobby Flays love of blue corn meal.  So pretty!  

Spiked with seriously sharp white cheddar and pickeled jalepenos it was yummy as well as gorgeous! Yummster!
