Makin bacon

I have my pork belly curing. Yummmy!  I absolutely am craving bacon.  

This belly is beautiful! Curing in a mix of salt, raw sugar, fresh thyme and cracked black peppercorns.

This maybe the best splurge we have made in months!  Can't wait! Can't wait! Can't wait!
