Pretty lunch

 Todays lunch was hot dogs.  Thats nothing unusual.  Delish, but not pretty.

I have been making enriched white bread.  As you all know. One of the enrichments is beet powder. Purple beet powder.

The addition of the purple vegetable adds lots of nutrion.  A mild earthy flavor too. The bonus is the awesome burgandy color. Check it out. . . 

With the addition of that one ingrediant hotdogs become an elevated meal.  This is such fun!
