Home made happy meal

 I am a serious about homemade meals. When my friend Chris heard I hadn't made corned beef in 15 years she was shocked. 

Right away Chris promiced us a corned beef.  I never knew she ment a full meal.  This busy, BUSY person found the time make the whole meal for us.  We loved it!

If my cornded beef isn't in a sammie. . .

You'll always find me with hash and potatoes.  An egg on top makes it breakfast any time!

We have made the most of this gift.  It was so nice to open the refrigerator and have such choice.
