I bake, I think.

 I told you I had some thinking to do the other day.  As you know, when I think I bake.

The baking resulted in gingerbread dunkers. Just the right size to fit in a coffee cup or a glass of milk.

They turned out much better than expected. Maybe that's why they were gone so fast.

Still got things to sort out.  Maybe I'll bake something new this time.

I did find a recipe for a European style sponge cake.  Never tasted one.  Heck! I've never even seen one.  

Next bake day maybe.
