I love a good ole baking day.

I have been trying to get ready for a doctors appointment with my cancer surgeon, Dr Z, today! Because of other ongoing conditions it was a lot of work.

I’ve taken it easy today.  Before and after my appointment. I have work on the kitchen. Also setting up for a baking day tomorrow.

I have set up for 2 loaves of bread and a huge pot of chicken stock.  May make a chicken pot to eat on next week.  Mmmmmmm!
