Oven roasted frozen veg.

I can steam frozen veg without a problem.  But I prefer pan or oven roasted.  It has been a trial of gigantic size.  Pat or squeeze the thawed veg as dry as you can.  This encourages browning and caramelization


This morning I feasted on a leftover plate that contained a large amount of roasted veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.  The protein was smoked chicken?

The greatest breakfast leftovers so, so,  So good!
