I call it Aunt Sissy’s cake!

My brother came home from work with an announcement.  The folks in their office were wondering why they had not received any food from us in a while. Uh-oh! Charles makes awesome pork chops.  His whole office is addicted to them. He makes them every so often to keep his coworkers from withdrawing.  They also mentioned they are a quart low in their cake quota.

As a result the brother made them pork chops for lunch.  I am sending Swedish Nut Cake tomorrow.

This is a vanilla, pineapple, pecan cake with vanilla, cream cheese, pecan buttercream.
