Pork chop night!

Last night was pork chop night!  Chops,  Sooo good!


And twice baked potatoes. . . 






And parmigian cauliflower!


The cauliflower is in a lite white sauce.  The base is made with cashew milk instead of whole milk. No lactose, more protein. I did add a couple tablespoons of cream for richness. Jus enough parm to enhance the veggie. Cauliflower and parm together are very compatible. 

I am so full! So soooo full! Yummster!
