Turkey sammie dinner

We not only use rice to make a quick weeknight stuffing, I make stuffing bread to make turkey sammies. Buttermilk white bread recipe with ground sage, dried onion and dried garlic.  The whole house smells like Turkey dinner when this is baking!

This recipe took second place at the NC State Fair in 2000.  Just a little bragging.  One day I will show you my brag wall.

I wanted to take a picture of my beautiful meal sized sammie.  But, as usual, I ate most of it before I thought to take a pic.  So sad!  But SO SO GOOD!
