More chops

Charles wanted to work on his bbq chops again.  Well I guess I can taste test again.  AGAIN. 

He got his sauce and rub just the way he wanted them.  I love them!  So so good.  Moist and tender with a rich flavor.  Pork loin can be sooooo dry and tough.  These are not.  Then again the brothers never are.

I am so full!  I'll have to wait for my ice cream for a while!  It's so Worth it! 😋
