An ugly but tasty cake.

This was my first attempt at a s'mores cake.  It looks a total mess.  But it was the first cake my brother ever ate without ice cream.                                  

He actually requested it without ice cream.  That was astonishing!

I have the flavors right. Obviously.  I think i have figured out the awful appearance too. 

Trying it again.  There will be pictures tomorrow.

Then i send it to work with Charles. To get an unbiased opinion from his co-workers. 

I am toying with the idea of printing up 'rate the cake' cards.  Lol!
