Breakfast

As you may have noticed, I am an odd duck.  While it manifests in may ways, my oddness is about breakfast this time.

Unless Charles is home I seldom have more than coffee before 1 or 2 in the afternoon.  Today was different.  Very hungry today.

A lovely sour cream scramble with parsley and chives stirred in.  Saute of oyster mushrooms over top.  YUM!

Bet Charles, the mushroom hater, is glad he was at work!

Wish I knew what caused this change in pattern.  Oh well.  I tasted good.
