still harvesting shooms

We have not talked mushrooms in a long while.  The gardens are still going great guns!

I started with my mushroom gardens in October of last year.  The last harvest was this morning.  Mushroom chive scramble. My favorite!

Back To The Roots does not promise this kind of yield, but I bet this wouldn't surprise them.
